Accessing the Learning Hub
Everything you need to get started on your first day
Creating Your Account

Register at erponlinehub.com
Sign up using your email address or Google account. A verification email will be sent immediately.

Verify Your Email
Click the verification link in your email to activate your account and access all features.

Navigate to Learning Hub
From the main menu, select Learning Hub or visit erponlinehub.com/pages/erp-learning.

Set Your Certificate Name
Open your profile and set your Certificate Display Name. This name is printed on all certificates and is locked permanently once saved.
Understanding the Interface
- Search Bar — Find paths by title, ERP system, module, or lesson name
- System Filter — Filter paths by ERP system: SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, and more
- Level Filter — Filter by Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced
- Continue Learning — Paths you have already opened, sorted by recency
- Saved — Paths you have bookmarked for future access
- Profile Panel — Click your avatar to view credits, messages used, and certificates
Free Plan Access
Free plan users may access all paths marked as Free at no cost. Premium paths require a paid subscription and consume one course credit per path opened.

Understanding Learning Paths
Structure, enrollment, and progression
Path Structure

Enrolling in a Path

Click a Course Card
Opens the course preview showing all modules and lesson titles.

Click Start Course
Free paths open immediately. Premium paths deduct one course credit.

Complete Lessons in Order
Lessons unlock sequentially. Each lesson must be completed before the next becomes available.
Course Credits
Premium paths require one course credit. Credits are allocated monthly by your subscription plan and reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not carry over.

Credit Rule
Once a premium path is opened, the credit is consumed. Returning to the same path does not consume additional credits.
03 — Lessons and Quizzes
Completing Lessons
Lesson types, quiz rules, and retry policy
Lesson Types

Quiz Rules
- All questions must be answered before submitting
- Select one answer per question
- Score is shown immediately after submission
- Passing threshold is set per quiz by the course administrator
Quiz Retry Policy
A mandatory waiting period applies between failed quiz attempts. The waiting period increases with each failure:

First Failed Attempt
Wait 30 minutes before retrying.

Second Failed Attempt
Wait 4 hours before retrying.
3
Third and Subsequent
Wait 24 hours before each subsequent retry attempt.
Server-Side Enforcement
Retry timers are enforced on the server. Refreshing the page, logging out, or clearing browser data does not reset the waiting period.
04 — Final Exam
Final Exam Rules
Mandatory restrictions that apply during all final examinations
Before the Exam
- Complete all lessons in the path before the final exam unlocks
- Review your notes and lesson content before starting — you will not be able to access them during the exam
- Ensure you have sufficient time to complete the exam without interruption
During the Exam
- AI Tutor is fully disabled — no assistance may be requested
- All previous lessons are locked — content cannot be revisited
- Answer all questions and submit when ready
- The same retry waiting schedule applies to failed exam attempts
After Passing

Certificate Issued Automatically
Your certificate is generated immediately upon passing the final exam.

Download Your Certificate
Open your profile panel and download the PDF from My Certificates.

Share and Verify
Share your certificate number. Anyone may verify it at erponlinehub.com/pages/verify-certificate.
Certificates Are Permanent
Certificates are never revoked due to plan changes or cancellation. They remain valid and verifiable permanently.
05 — AI Tutor
Using the AI Tutor
Educational assistance available during all non-exam lessons
What the Tutor Can Help With
- Explaining lesson concepts in simpler or alternative terms
- Providing real-world examples and business scenarios
- Answering general ERP questions related to the lesson topic
- Reviewing your understanding through practice questions
- Clarifying ERP terminology, T-codes, and configuration paths
Tutor Limitations
- Disabled during final exams — no exceptions
- Monthly message limits apply per subscription plan
- The tutor does not have access to quiz answers or grading data
- Responses are educational guidance, not professional consulting advice
Usage Monitoring
Monitor your remaining AI Tutor messages in your profile panel. When your monthly limit is reached, the tutor becomes unavailable until your next billing cycle.
